(Webinar) Receiving a Notice of Violation (NOV) can be stressful, but knowing the right steps to take can make the process smoother and help you quickly return to compliance. In this ECAP RECAP webinar, representatives from the Division of Enforcement will explain how to respond if you receive an NOV for air, waste, or water-related issues. They will walk through addressing the key timelines and requirements, and share insights on what to expect at each stage. Speakers will also provide a short overview of the enforcement process for cases that are not resolved through the various media offices and will emphasize their role in helping companies resolve violations and achieve lasting compliance. Whether you’re new to environmental compliance or looking for a refresher, this session will offer valuable guidance and answer your questions about enforcement procedures.
