Kentucky UST Operator Training
The UST Branch will contact you when it is time for your Tank Operator Online Learning System (TOOLS) Training. At that time, you will be issued either an Owner/Administration personal identification number (PIN) or an Operator registration ID number needed to access the training.
Per federal law, states are to ensure that UST operators are trained according to state-specific requirement. In Kentucky, online training will be offered through TOOLS to Combined Class A/Class B Operator, formerly known as a Designated Compliance Managers (DCMs).
