Oct. 28, 2024: Proposed Regulatory Amendments
The Kentucky DNR will hold a public hearing on October 28, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), to accept comments on two proposed administrative regulation amendments. The Kentucky Department for Natural Resources filed the proposed amendments to 405 KAR 10:001 and 10:015 with the Legislative Research Commission on August 15, 2024.
If no request for a public hearing is received by October 21, 2024, the hearing will be cancelled, and notice of the cancellation will be posted in this space. It is not necessary to attend the public hearing to provide comment on the proposed amendments. Comments must be received by October 31, 2024, and should be submitted to Dawn.Baase@ky.gov.
