The Division of Mine Permits has received a 401 WQC application from Nally & Hamilton Enterprises, Inc. (WQC number: 807-0496-WQC-1) of Bardstown, Kentucky. The Division is accepting public comment on this application for 30 days from the date of this notice. All comments should be submitted to the contact person below by midnight, December 18, 2024.
