Dedicated in 2020, Drennon Creek State Nature Preserve protects 329 acres of ridgetop and hardwood forest ravines along Drennon Creek in Henry county. The property was graciously donated and protects habitat for the state listed Braun Rockcress (Borodinia perstellata) at the northern most end of its range. In addition, the forest helps protect water quality in Drennon Creek and provides foraging habitat for forest dwelling bats.
