Kentucky is fortunate to have access to an abundance of water resources. Water is integral to economic development. Without reliable clean, safe and affordable water resources and access to drinking water and wastewater treatment, sustainable economic growth is not possible. The Cabinet has made significant progress in regionalizing the state's public water systems and creating access to data on our water resources.
