Bulletins
Emergency Awareness Bulletins (EAB) and Safety Alert Bulletins (SAB) are developed by the Kentucky Division of Mine Safety (DMS) following the occurrence of a serious or fatal mining accident. DMS distributes bulletins to the coal industry so they may be used during safety meetings in the hopes of preventing a similar occurrence.
