NSPS/NESHAP

October 2, 2025

The Division filed a proposed amendment to the administrative regulation 401 KAR 60:005 with the Legislative Research Commission. This update includes amendments to the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) through July 1, 2025. 

The Division filed a proposed amendment​ to the administrative regulation 401 KAR 63:002 with the Legislative Research Commission. This update includes amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) through July 1, 2025.

Air Emission Fees

May 14, 2024 

The Division filed a proposed amendment​ to the administrative regulation 401 KAR 50:038 with the Legislative Research Commission. This amendment was not finalized and was withdrawn from consideration on November 8, 2024.
