Abandoned Mine Lands Statutes & Regulations

​​Kentucky Revised Statutes (KRS) 350.550 through 350.597 encompass the laws for the Abandoned Mine Lands Program. There are no Kentucky regulations pertaining to abandoned mine lands.​​​​​
