Regional Field Offices

The Division of Water Field Operations Branch consists of ten regional offices located throughout the state and a central office in Frankfort. Inspectors in regional offices conduct inspections of permitted facilities and investigations of citizen complaints to determine compliance with state and federal regulations. Types of inspections include wastewater, drinking water and stormwater which include agricultural activities, coal mining and oil and gas storage. Regional office staff also provide technical assistance to the public, respond to emergencies and provide support to all of DOW's other programs. The regional offices fulfill an important role in the division's mission to protect and restore the waters of the Commonwealth.
