Online Quarterly Reporting and Fee Payments
Permittee members are required to report the tonnage for any coal production and pay associated fees, by permit, quarterly. If coal was not produced or not expected to be produced, permittees are required to either report quarterly or optionally pre-pay for all quarters for the year by April 30th. Quarterly reporting and payment of fees are required to be submitted within 30 days of the end of the reporting quarter.

The ORGF is currently transitioning from the KRGF Online Portal to the EEC eForms submission process.
KRGF Online Portal
EEC eForms website is a web-based digital eForm version of the KRGF Quarterly Fee Report (RGF-1) created to replace the KRGF Online Portal. Refer to the ORGF Quarterly Reporting RGF-1 eForm User Guide for guidance.
EEC eSearch is a public portal to search EEC data and to pay an invoice.
