Reclamation Advisory Memoranda
A Reclamation Advisory Memorandum (RAM) is open correspondence from the commissioner of the Department for Natural Resources that address various issues that have arisen as Kentucky’s regulatory program has evolved. New advisory memoranda may be added when necessary to add clarity for the regulated community and stakeholders. If there is a conflict between advisory memoranda, the most recent takes precedence.
The department has provided the original document and a conforming alternate version that meets the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards. The alternate version contains the same information and functionality as the original. Alternate versions for active advisory memoranda will be added as they are available.
Advisory memoranda that meet the an exemption from the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA compliance requirements are archived and will be maintained for reference, research, or recordkeeping only.
