Reclamation Advisory Memoranda

Reclamation Advisory Memoranda

A Reclamation Advisory Memorandum (RAM) is open correspondence from the commissioner of the Department for Natural Resources that address various issues that have arisen as Kentucky’s regulatory program has evolved. New advisory memoranda may be added when necessary to add clarity for the regulated community and stakeholders. If there is a conflict between advisory memoranda, the most recent takes precedence.

The department has provided the original document and an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) conforming alternate version that meets the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards. The ADA alternate version contains the same information and functionality as the original. ADA alternate versions for advisory memoranda that have not been archived by April 26, 2027 will be added as they are available.

Advisory memoranda that meet an exemption from the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA compliance requirements are archived and will be maintained for reference, research, or recordkeeping only. These archived advisory memoranda may be found on the corresponding archive page at the link found on the right side of the page.
