Technical Reclamation Memoranda

Technical Reclamation Memoranda

A Technical Reclamation Memorandum (TRM) is a guidance document relating to engineering or other specific technical material. A TRM does not itself impose regulatory requirements. However, an administrative regulation may incorporate a TRM by reference, in whole or in part, and may establish all or part of the TRM as a regulatory requirement.

The department has provided the original document and an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) conforming alternate version that meets the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards. The ADA alternate version contains the same information and functionality as the original. ADA alternate versions for advisory memoranda that have not been archived by April 26, 2027 will be added as they are available.

Memoranda that meet an exemption from the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA compliance requirements are archived and will be maintained for reference, research, or recordkeeping only. These archived advisory memoranda may be found on the corresponding archive page at the link found on the right side of the page.
