Integrated Reports



The draft 2022 303(d) list was at public notice February 21 - April 22, 2023. Kentucky's 2022 Integrated Report was submitted to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on June 9, 2023. EPA approved Kentucky's 2022 303(d) list on July 7, 2023.

  • Kentucky's 2022 Integrated Report fulfills EPA's reporting elements of an Integrated Report; responses to comments are included as an appendix to the Integrated Report document.​

  • The 2022 305(b) workbook includes the 305(b) list, the 303(d) list, new listings, impaired waters, waters proposed for delisting, and waters with a TMDL.


Kentucky's 2018/2020 Integrated Report was submitted to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on January 28, 2022. EPA approved Kentucky's 303(d) list on February 24, 2022. The 303(d) list was at public notice June 4 - August 3, 2021 as required by KRS 224.70-150.
