Pretreatment Annual Reports
Submission of a Pretreatment Annual Report is a required condition of your Kentucky Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (KPDES) permit(s). Annual reports cover the entire calendar year (January – December) and must be received by March 1 of the following year.
Submission of Pretreatment Semi-Annual Reports may be a required condition of your KPDES permit. Semi-annual reports cover the first half of the year (January – June) and must be received by September 1 of the same calendar year.
All entries in the reports must be typed and filled out completely or the report will be considered deficient. Failure to submit the report by the deadline may result in enforcement action, and the control authority may be considered to be in significant noncompliance.
