Join us Feb. 25–27, 2025 at the Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport Expo Ctr​  for the inaugural Kentucky Solid Waste, Recycling, and Sustainability Conference​ –an event focused on the key challenges in waste management today.

 The deadline to submit a sponsor response packet is 4:30 p.m. Monday, December​ 2, 2024.​​​

This year's program features expert speakers who will discuss a variety of important topics, including PFAS contamination, innovative landfill gas capture techniques, and household hazardous waste management.

 Attendees will engage in discussions about improving municipal recycling infrastructure, tackling hard-to-recycle items, and implementing effective tire management practices.

 The conference will also highlight the benefits of composting and sustainable waste management education, while addressing critical issues such as environmental justice, litter impacts on wildlife and waterways, and the challenges posed by microplastics. 

This event offers a unique opportunity for professionals to network, share insights, and develop actionable solutions for a more sustainable future in solid waste management and recycling.​​​​​
