Blasting eNotification
Pursuant to KRS Chapter 350 any person or company conducting blasting operations at a site that does not have a permit issued or a contractual agreement with the department, shall provide notices of its blasting operations to the Cabinet within thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of such activities.
Any person or company may submit a Blasting Notification via the Energy and Environment Cabinet's (EEC) electronic forms website by registering at EEC eForms. Once registered, complete and submit the Notice of Blasting Operations DNR Blasting Notification eForm.
