Permit Conferences

A permit conference will be held January 8, 2026, from 5 - 6 p.m. Eastern time to allow public comment on the proposed amendment application for the Warsaw Quarry in Gallatin County. The meeting will be held in person at the:

401 Water Quality Certifications

The Division of Mine Permits has received a 401 Water Quality Certification application from Nally & Hamilton Enterprises, Inc. (WQC number: 848-0426-WQC-1). The Division is accepting public comment on this application for 30 days from the date of this notice. All comments should be submitted to the contact person by midnight, January 19, 2026.
