​Public hearing notices for promulgations of administrative regulation amendments are listed below. These notices comply with the notification requirements of KRS Chapter 13A and will be removed once an administrative regulation completes the promulgation process.

​Permit Conferences​

​​June 16, 2025, at 5:00​ p.m. ET: Proposed Phillip Harris Quarry

A permit conference will be held June 16, 2025 from 5 - 7 p.m. Eastern time to allow public comment on the proposed Phillip Harris Quarry in Pulaski County. To provide ample opportunity for all those interested in attending, two options are available. These include:

The purpose of the conference is to allow those who are interested the opportunity to provide oral or written statements or relevant information to the Department of Natural Resource/Division of Mine Reclamation and Enforcement regarding the permit application submitted by Phillip Harris Quarry to construct and operate a quarry in Pulaski County.
