401 Water Quality Certifications

April 25, 2025 - Ferroglobe USA Mining
The Division of Mine Permits has received a 401 Water Quality Certification application from Ferroglobe USA Mining, LLC (WQC number: 918-0504 AM-3-WQC-1). The Division is accepting public comment on this application for 30 days from the date of this notice. All comments should be submitted to the contact person below by midnight, May 25, 2025. Please include the WQC number in all correspondence. Comments can be e-mailed to Thomas Barbour or mailed to his attention at the following address:
