The Division of Mine Permits has received a 401 Water Quality Certification application from Nally and Hamilton Enterprises Inc. (WQC number: 848-0425-WQC-1). The Division is accepting public comment on this application 30 days from the date of this notice. All comments should be submitted to the contact person below by midnight, June 25, 2026. Please include the WQC number in all correspondence. Comments should be emailed to Thomas Barbour or mailed to his attention at the following address:
