Reclamation Guaranty Fund Commission

​​​​Pursuant to KRS 350.506, the Kentucky Reclamation Guaranty Fund (KRGF) Commission is administratively attached to the Energy and Environment Cabinet and is comprised of seven (7) members. Appointed by the governor, the commission includes the Secretary of the Energy and Environment Cabinet along with three (3) members selected from the coal industry, two (2) members representing the banking and surety industries with knowledge of the coal industry, and one (1) member being a certified public accountant.
